Summer Daze

summer daze

I feel

the sunshine on my face

through emerald branches

like delicate spider-web lace

I feel

the warm and soothing rays

of those dreamy summer days

I wish I could go back to that place….

      • Sorry Kait, this new series has got me depressed, although that’s just how it is here where I work in the Metropolis of WordPress, week after week.
You see, I believe you already know where my job is…. it’s in the sewers.
It was a necessary, well thought , decision I was forced to make when the sex offenders started hanging around, then cutting me down, and finally they crossed the line when they threatened my family.
I’ve got a new one on my tail, he’s from the dark web

      • Absolutely no need to apologise, Robert, please ๐Ÿ™‚ I certainly do know and totally understand. If there is anything I can do from this end, in any way shape or form to help, please let me know via email. Take care out there and always thank you for what you and your team do ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Brandon…
All I can say is that it is a double edged sword…
Moreso now, than when I made this comment.
It may be like yesterday to you, but it is as if it were lifetimes ago to me… Frank Eagle…
Brandon, to have the ability to jump on a time machine is one thing, to actually travel back and all the same pieces be sitting there waiting, is, at most, a Child’s dream, while in reality, if one could make such a journey, would one find only part of the pieces, and sadness and sorrow where the other pieces lay so many many lifetimes ago????

      • I love how you put that, a Child’s dream.

I didn’t realize how far back this post went, haha. I appreciate you taking the time to reply ๐Ÿ˜Š

Time comes and goes, perhaps it is more fluid than water itself. Can’t get a grip, the moment already is gone…
