Nobody knows me
better than me
Nobody knows better
what will set me free
Nobody knows
what I need better
So why can’t I give it
to me?

Kait, everyone feels that way. Look inside yourself for your happiness, nobody else can give it to you.

Kait, Is it because we get what we want, but not what we need? Sometimes.

I tell myself off for not understanding myself better. Yes, we need more of what we need!😁🙏🌻

While remembering what we want is also nice. Like having pudding!

I love puddings and desserts! I’m a sugar junkie and a chocolate addict. Chocolate IS a food group😁

You shall have these things. Why not? I think those big duty free shop bars of Toblerone are hard to beat.

Oh my dogg…delish! How do you like your chocolate…? Cold in the fridge or room temperature, maybe even a bit melty 😋

Cold in the fridge so it damn near breaks my teeth Kait. 🙂

Oh no!! Fridge. Or left out in the Arctic snow. Please not gooey! You bite off the pointy bit of the Toblerone. Then go in with the side molars (is that a thing?).

Damn right….there’s something about sinking your teeth into that thickness of chocolate…drool🤤

Yes. Ha ha you really do like your chocolate. Good for you. You’ve inspired me so although I normally liked it cold and munchable. I guess I could try drooling over warmed half melting choc. Just for you, Kait 😉

Ahhh yes … I think many of us can relate to this. If we are depressed or suffering anxiety … we know that getting out will help, we know that stopping ruminating will help, they know that deep breathing, exercise, meditation and so on will all help. So what stops us? We need such incredible determination and and self discipline to do these things. I understand, I really do.

a classic definition of who man is. We never really know what we want. We are always looking for answers we already have to questions we ask but it will hopefully get better. Short writes with so deep meanings… 🙂

Thank you so much – yes, I think hope plays a major role in this crazy cycle and also levels of contentment – contentment is different for everyone, the saddest must be those who are never content with anything and die wanting more instead of celebrating what they have had 🙂 thank you so much for your comment Amy 🙂

I feel sometimes we limit ourselves to what we think we deserve. Also we may only limit ourselves to things that we feel are in our comfort zone. One day we will all see what we really need and deserve and give ourselves so much more! 🙂

Yes, I think we do that alot – or, as in my case, I was relating it to pain – I just keep going beyond what I should even though I know it’s detrimental to me – I just think it is the lesser of the evils, at least I can have a sense of purpose for the price of pain rather than just hurting for nothing! 🙂
