Much love to you also, I don’t suppose you get out much with the pain however a little mind trick for you Kait… If you didn’t have as much pain or it came and went, where would your ideal holiday destination be?

No not much at all unfortunately
– I struggle to sit for any period of time so that makes it tricky! Oh I would head straight back to South Africa 🙂 But if it had to be somewhere other than that, then I think Egypt 🙂 Good plan – thanks Dave! Take care and be safe n happy xoxo
