Yes Kait, when you have a family member as I actually do you feel so helpless as everything you try just makes things worse.

I know, it feels like trying to hold water..All can do is be there to catch them when they fall or to pick them up when they are broken, it’s just awful to watch helplessly. All strength to you. Love and light x
